Spirit Instructor

At David Lloyd Leisure, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Spirit Instructor to lead our members on a journey of physical and mental wellbeing. As a Spirit Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to teach our signature classes, blending the tradition of Yoga poses with the strength of Pilates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Spirit classes to a variety of ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all members.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Spirit program, including choreography and teaching techniques.
- Collaborate with our team to create a positive and inclusive studio environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in group fitness instruction.

Requirements:
- A minimum of a current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience in delivering Yoga/Pilates fusion holistic classes to music.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate members.
- A good level of fitness, with the ability to physically meet the demands of the workout.
