Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from initial design through to final delivery.
  • Advise on project execution strategies both pre and post-contract.
  • Assess workload requirements and formulate resource allocation strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Prepare, track, and manage budgets within a cost-effective framework.
  • Implement robust methodologies for monitoring project advancement.
  • Supervise financial and business planning activities.
  • Provide specialized knowledge on procurement methods.
  • Effectively utilize estimating software tools.


Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
  • Proven experience in workload assessment and resource planning.
  • Extensive background in budget preparation, monitoring, and management.
  • Strong proficiency in project tracking methodologies.
  • Excellent skills in business and financial planning.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement methods.
  • Familiarity with estimating software applications.


Qualifications:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or an HNC in Building Studies.
