Job Title: Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team at Consilium Contracting Services, a fast-paced and dynamic Multi-Trade contracting company based in Paisley, Renfrewshire.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general refurbishment plastering works in void properties, as well as reactive plastering repairs and maintenance in tenanted homes. The role will also involve general laboring duties, including waste disposal, clearing void properties, and supporting decorating tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general refurbishment plastering works in void properties
  • Perform reactive plastering repairs and maintenance in tenanted homes
  • Assist with general laboring duties, including waste disposal and clearing void properties
  • Support decorating tasks and other trades as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in plastering and general maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labor
