Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Focusrite. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and administering our support systems to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Design and Engineering: Design and implement efficient and scalable support systems to meet the needs of our customers and internal teams.
  2. Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues with our support systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  3. Infrastructure Administration: Administer and maintain our infrastructure systems, including Mac OS X and Windows systems, to ensure optimal performance.
  4. API Experience: Utilize API experience to integrate systems and improve customer experiences.
  5. Zendesk Administration: Administer and maintain our Zendesk instance to ensure seamless customer support.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data teams, to ensure seamless data transfer and integrity across platforms.
  7. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and LiveChat for Focusrite and Novation product lines.

Requirements:

  1. System Design and Engineering: Experience with system design and engineering.
  2. Technical Troubleshooting: Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  3. Infrastructure Administration: Experience with infrastructure administration, including Mac OS X and Windows systems.
  4. API Experience: Experience with API integration.
  5. Zendesk Administration: Experience with Zendesk administration.
  6. Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills.
  7. Customer Support: Experience with customer support via phone, email, and LiveChat.
