About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NPI Product Specialist to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between R&D and Manufacturing, ensuring the seamless introduction of new products. As the NPI Product Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educated to a degree level within a relevant discipline, such as Engineering or Electromechanical Assembly
  • Commercial experience in new product introduction or process engineering, designing and testing complex high-technology products
  • Experience working with CAD Software, preferably SolidWorks
  • Project Management experience would be highly beneficial
