Dalkia UK is seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and execute maintenance instructions electronically, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with the provided guidelines.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary maintenance consumables and arrange for replenishment to maintain agreed-upon stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, ensuring a comprehensive Site Log Book is kept on site for client reference and approval.
  • Perform diagnostic analysis as required to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct regular visual condition inspections of installed equipment and submit written reports on any items that may compromise reliability.
  • Engage with clients to ensure no outstanding issues and to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform general maintenance and adhere to good housekeeping practices to maximize the lifespan of installed equipment.
  • Participate in Health & Safety protocols and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance with Dalkia's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy.
  • Report any safety concerns or risks that may compromise a safe working environment.
  • Attend to emergency call-outs as needed and maintain open communication with clients regarding progress.
  • Make recommendations to the Contract Manager on opportunities for continuous improvement and adding value to service delivery.
  • Complete all Dalkia maintenance tasks as generated by the Helpdesk.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate site records and logbooks.

Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • Experienced M&E Engineer
    • Relevant AC qualifications and experience
    • Electrical maintenance experience
    • City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360)
    • AM2 Completed or Equivalent
    • City & Guilds 2391 and or 2394 – Inspection and Testing
    • 18th Edition
  • Desirable:
    • IPAF
    • PASMA
