Responsibilities:

* Assist the Chef in preparing and serving meals that are nutritious, appetizing, and tailored to meet the dietary needs of our residents.

* Help with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning food.

* Assist in the storage and rotation of food supplies, ensuring that all stock is properly labelled and stored.

* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment after meals, ensuring that everything is cleaned to the highest standard.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Kitchen Assistant - minimum 6 months

* Effective communication and interpersonal skills

* Must have a child and adult DBS on update service.
