We are committed to building Britain's future heritage, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing commercial aspects of our projects, including procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a range of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Minimise risk, cost, and maximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
Your Profile
- Hold a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships.
- Have experience working on multi-million civil engineering projects, ideally with some experience in the nuclear sector.
- Have experience with NEC contract administration, ideally NEC 4.
- Be familiar with electronic contract administration tools.
