About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Community Therapies Service in Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop OT plans for service users, working collaboratively with the wider mental health team.
  • Deliver a range of interventions, including group work and one-to-one assessments, to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and recovery-focused approach to care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the service.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with the Health Care Professionals Council.
  • Basic understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and any updates.
  • Specialist knowledge and application of OT assessments and interventions relevant to this client group.
