Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed Logistics Operations Supervisor to facilitate the efficient management of operations within educational institutions on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Shift Pattern:

Your typical working hours will be Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will include:
  • Generating daily reports to ensure the seamless operational management of hospitality and events across multiple locations
  • Managing stock levels and placing orders within strict timelines
  • Preparing equipment for a variety of tailored events
  • Communicating effectively with staff at all levels throughout the day to ensure that all tasks align with evolving business needs and specific requests
  • Coordinating drivers' routes and collection points to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted deliveries
Ideal Candidate:

The perfect Logistics Operations Supervisor will possess:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A valid driving license is beneficial but not essential
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet business demands
