About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Services Area Manager to join our team at Palmer Snell. As a key member of our Mortgage Services division, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to set sales targets and develop business plans.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Full mortgage qualification and financial services experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
