Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Tribunal Consultant to join our team at Employee Management Ltd (EML). As an Employment Tribunal Consultant, you will provide clients with expert advice and representation in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with expert advice on Employment Law issues and assist the wider team as necessary.
- Liaise with ACAS in respect of Early Conciliation claims.
- Act as the client's representative in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including all advocacy.
- Draft Settlement Agreements and related documents.
- Prepare written briefings, reports, and articles on HR/Employment Law topics.
- Design and deliver Employment Law training.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a similar consultancy environment would be a definite advantage.
- Strong academic record (degree level or equivalent).
- Good eye for detail and excellent writing skills.
- Adaptable and willing to take on a range of responsibilities.
- Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
- Comfortable in identifying and progressing consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients.
