Job Summary

NRS Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Community Service Centre in Aylesbury, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our mission to improve people's quality of life and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our Community Equipment Technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Assist clients with arranging deliveries and collections of equipment, as well as providing information and support as needed.
  • Work closely with our Occupational Therapists to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients and support their goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and community equipment services would be an asset.
