Job Opportunity for Primary School Teachers

GSL Education is seeking qualified and passionate Primary School Teachers to join our team in the Southampton area. We are looking for individuals who can create engaging lessons for students in key stage 2 within a mainstream Primary School.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a Primary School based in Southampton, with easy access by car and public transport links. We are seeking candidates who can positively engage with students and create exciting lessons that meet the national curriculum requirements.

  • Term time only
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am till 3:30pm
  • Salary: Paid to scale

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
  • Ability to mark and plan engaging lessons for students in accordance with the syllabus
  • Experience of working within a primary school setting
  • Create positive relationships with staff, students, and governors

To work with GSL Education as a Teacher, you should:

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years
  • Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
