Job Summary

The Commercial Property Manager - Surveyor will be responsible for managing selected properties under the guidance of the Regional Director, who oversees client relationships. This role involves day-to-day management and reporting on properties or clients, service delivery, occupier liaison, service charge management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties or clients, including day-to-day management and reporting
  • Deliver services to clients, including occupier liaison and service charge management
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, including statutory and internal compliance
  • Partner with the Building Consultancy Team to support planned works and commission long-term asset replacement plans
  • Authorize and review supplier payments, prepare funding requests, and provide due diligence support for client property purchases
  • Read, review, and manage leases and documents to ensure occupier compliance with obligations and expectations
