About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging content to drive lead generation and conversions, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, both organic and paid, to reach our target audience.
  • Develop market automation journeys for retargeting and upsell purposes to maximize customer engagement.
  • Maintain an up-to-date marketing activity schedule to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Perform regular analysis and reporting on marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create high-quality content.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding organisational and planning abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Creative design skills using Canva or a similar platform.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to collect and analyse numerical data to measure campaign success.
  • A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow, with a passion for digital marketing.
Education
  • Marketing, English, or Business Studies Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, marketing campaigns, or marketing communications.
Advantageous
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or a similar platform.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar platform.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of telecoms, SaaS, and channel marketing.
  • Relevant marketing qualification, such as CIM or equivalent.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
