Key Responsibilities- Influence and increase sales through effective selling skills and product knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and adapting to individual needs
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
- Assist with product and POS deliveries, unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
- Complete Pandora online training modules to develop skills and flourish as a team member
- Lead by example, coaching and training newer members of the team
- Maintain a stylish and well-presented appearance, merchandising the store and upholding high shop floor standards
- Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges
- Strong selling skills, with experience in a luxury environment and 1-1 sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with articulate spoken English essential
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a successful team
- Customer-focused and flexible, with a willingness to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays
