**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering a premium retail experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving store performance and achieving sales targets
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal store performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies and initiatives

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
