About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement efforts, ensuring contracts are robust, secure, and aligned with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and our procurement team to craft and deliver a forward-looking procurement plan.
  • Manage the Contracts Library, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, correctly assigned, and ready for renewal when needed.
  • Nurture relationships with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service providers deliver what they promise—on time and within budget.
  • Deliver a monthly procurement report that highlights risks, achievements, and plans for the future.
What You'll Need
  • Experience in managing contracts and procurement processes.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of procurement guidelines, and comfortable leading meetings and monitoring service level agreements.
