Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and efficient on-site visits to resolve technical issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' equipment and systems to provide effective support and troubleshooting services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in equipment technology to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on bespoke equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the M1 corridor.

  • A competitive salary range of £30,000-£34,000 per annum.
