About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Development Team Lead to join our multi-disciplined and distributed engineering team at Ada Meher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 developers in the development of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in the development of our software products
  • Resource planning and allocation
  • Leading agile ceremonies and mentoring
  • Code reviews and challenging the status quo
  • Motivating the team to improve processes and standards

Requirements

  • Working history in PHP/JavaScript Web Development
  • Experience leading a small team in an Agile environment
  • Strong experience in TDD / Unit Testing strategies
  • Knowledge of Microservice architectures
  • Experience with AWS would be a benefit
