**Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee all financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll management, and tax compliance, to ensure seamless financial management.
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and collections, while ensuring effective treasury management to maintain a healthy financial position.
• Lead process enhancements and implement strong financial controls throughout all operations to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
• Provide monthly financial reports and analyses, delivering insightful financial data to the Leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to UK regulatory obligations, including VAT returns and annual filings, to maintain compliance and avoid penalties.
• Collaborate with external advisors and auditors on year-end financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Develop and implement annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business cases for new initiatives, providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial management, including billing, payroll, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful financial reports and analyses.
• Experience in implementing financial controls and process improvements.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and compliance, including VAT and annual filings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Leadership teams and external auditors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
