We are currently supporting our client, a leading provider of children's services, in their search for an experienced Interim Children's Hub Manager to lead a turnaround project. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing children's homes and will be able to provide strategic leadership and support to the current staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the children's hub team
- Develop and implement a turnaround plan to improve services and outcomes for children
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Ofsted and local authorities
- Manage and develop the children's hub team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice in children's services
Requirements:
- Proven experience of managing children's homes and services
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and best practice in children's services
