Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hospitality venue. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and running your own section during busy lunch and evening services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competently preparing and running your own section during busy lunch and evening services
- Developing menu specials with your kitchen colleagues using local, seasonal influences
- Catering for functions and special events
- Being flexible to cover breakfast shifts as required
- Displaying a desire and passion for catering
- Ensuring all housekeeping requirements are being adhered to, as well as working to Food Safety Standards
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a food-led pub, hotel, restaurant, or café
- Ability to produce fresh food to a high standard
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including breakfast
- Passion for catering and a desire to develop your skills
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £30,000pa depending on experience
- 45 hours over 5 days per week (2 days off together)
