About Us

Stephen James Group is a leading automotive retail and aftermarket services provider, with a strong presence in the UK market. As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will be part of our team that delivers exceptional customer service and expertise in vehicle damage assessment and repair.

Your Role

As a Bodyshop Estimator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate estimates to customers and insurance companies.
  2. Liaising with insurance engineers and customers to negotiate repair approvals and ensure timely completion of repairs.
  3. Selling Smart and Bodyshop time, products, and services to customers.
  4. Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience working in a similar role in a busy Bodyshop centre, preferably with Audatex accreditation.
  2. A valid clean UK Driving Licence.
  3. Eligibility to work in the UK.

What We Offer

As a Bodyshop Estimator at Stephen James Group, you will enjoy a competitive salary with an OTE of £42,000 per annum, plus company car. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
