Job Summary:

Tomlin Personnel Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making bulk collections and deliveries from a nationwide network of depots and major customers.
  • Working primarily afternoon or night shifts.

Licence Requirements:

  • HGV Class 1 licence for at least 1 year with a solid work history during the previous 12 months.
  • Up-to-date CPC for Class 1.
  • Up-to-date Digi card for Class 1 with no penalty points in the past 6 months.
  • Maximum 6 penalty points.
  • No DD, DR, TT99, or IN10 penalty codes.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Punctuality.
  • Smart appearance as you will be representing the company.
  • Keeping the vehicle clean and in good condition.
  • Good communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Saturdays: £20.00 per hour.
  • Sundays: £20.00 per hour.
