**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Computing Lecturer to join our team at Richmond upon Thames College. The successful applicant will be a committed practitioner with the ability to deliver outstanding and engaging teaching and learning to young people aged 16-19 within the Computing and Science Department.

Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London's most successful Further Education Colleges. We provide education and training to 16-19 year olds and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our students, as well as contributing to the development of our Computing and Science Department. This will include:

  • Developing and delivering curriculum materials
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Contributing to departmental meetings and planning
  • Participating in staff training and development

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Computing or a related field
  • Experience of teaching Computing to young people aged 16-19
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality education and training
