Job Overview

**About the Role**

RMG Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products, including a state-of-the-art hologram mirror, a comprehensive computer vision system, and exclusive workout content.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple products, including the mirror application, admin web app, computer vision form tracking, and workout content.
  • Embed shift-left testing practices to foster a quality-first mindset throughout the development process.
  • Conduct manual testing to identify and replicate issues within the mirror software application.
  • Integrate various testing methodologies, including regression, functional, and exploratory testing, into the QA process.
  • Collaborate with computer vision engineers to manually test and validate our ReflectAI tracking system, ensuring accurate rep counts and form feedback.
  • Work closely with the content team to manually test new workout content, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.
  • Potentially assume a leadership role as the QA team grows.

**Requirements**

  • Experience as a QA Engineer within a start-up environment.
  • Proven track record of working on mobile and web app testing.
  • Manual testing background.
  • Proficient in using project management tools, such as Jira.
  • Background working within an Agile Scrum team environment.
