Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security and Parking Officer to join our team at Bedford Hospital. As a Security and Parking Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safety and security services to the hospital site, including patrolling the car parks and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Enforce parking regulations and issue fines as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Hold a current, valid SIA license.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a strong commitment to customer service and patient care.
- Be able to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
