Our client, a dynamic and medium-sized Building Services Contractor, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of Mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Mechanical projects, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Design Review: Collaborate with design teams to review and approve electrical designs, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Site Management: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and resolve any on-site issues related to electrical installations.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns while maintaining strong, positive relationships throughout the project life cycle.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Mechanical Project Engineering, preferably in the Building Services industry.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
