Specification Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Specification Engineer to collaborate with our Sales Team at Baker Harding Limited in Leeds.
As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with consultants and end users to increase distribution and power transformer sales.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Heads of Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and end users, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, including product information and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
