Job Title: Mobile Catering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mobile Catering Supervisor. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting our kitchen teams in providing high-quality meals to school children across Kirklees.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of catering staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality meals and excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with kitchen teams to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Support the development of new menus and catering initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:
  • Full driving license and own transport (exceptions can be made for disabled applicants).
  • Ability to work from your own initiative in a hospitality/catering/school kitchen environment.
  • Confidence to lead a team and take positive actions to motivate the team and maintain high standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across a range of locations and provide support to our kitchen teams.
