Engenda Group is currently in search of a Civil Quality Assurance Lead to become part of our team for a significant project in Hampshire.

Role Summary

In this role, you will be involved in the enhancement of a large-scale gas transmission facility, and we are looking for a professional to oversee the quality management process throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers a long-term contract, ensuring that the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with both client and industry standards.

Key Duties

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the client's quality protocols and specifications.
  • Guarantee that client specifications, legal obligations, and the quality management plan are communicated to the subcontractor and strictly followed.
  • Evaluate and finalize an appropriate quality management plan for subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure that all necessary quality-related documentation and certifications are obtained and organized from the subcontractor.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in civil works within a regulated sector (such as petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, nuclear, or similar).
  • Background in civil works related to electrical installations.
  • Familiarity with dust chambers and draw pits is advantageous but not mandatory.
