Role Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage effortlessly with a diverse clientele. Your role is pivotal in promoting exceptional customer service, enhancing the in-store experience, and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our products, systems, and processes. Your commitment to exceeding customer expectations will contribute significantly to the store's performance and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by adhering to the Moss Essential Steps of Service, actively listening, and providing tailored advice.
  • Motivate colleagues to maximize sales opportunities and achieve service goals, thereby enhancing every customer interaction.
  • Utilize your extensive product knowledge across all services, including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, and Alterations, to enrich the customer experience.
  • Assist in training new team members, leveraging available resources to foster success and trust among peers.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to guide your interactions, ensuring that each decision contributes to our collective success.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction based on feedback and insights.
  • Manage stockroom operations, including receiving deliveries and adhering to cash control procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers prior to their visits, maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.
  • Balance cash registers at the end of shifts, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Qualifications for Success:

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to drive store performance and enhance customer experiences.
