Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner Driver. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of a young woman and support her to achieve her goals.

About the Role

As a Support Practitioner Driver, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our service user in a variety of settings, including her home and community. You will need to be active and enjoy activities such as walking, dancing, music, trampolining, and swimming, as well as indoor activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to our service user in a variety of settings
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support our service user to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service user
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with care needs and has a positive attitude. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with our service user and other stakeholders.

We provide full in-house training to all new staff members, so no previous experience in care is required. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is looking for a rewarding career, we would love to hear from you.
