About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamic Psychotherapist to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry a clinical caseload under supervision, providing dynamic psychotherapy to patients.
  • Be a member of the dynamic psychotherapy team, participating in CPD and business meetings.
  • Assess patients for suitability for dynamic psychotherapy and consider referrals to the service.
  • Develop and maintain links with local mental health teams.
About the Team

Our dynamic psychotherapy service is dedicated to providing mainly once-weekly individual and group psychoanalytic psychotherapy. We have strong links with other psychological therapy services and dynamic psychotherapy services in Derby and Nottingham.

Requirements
  • Intermediate level of training in dynamic psychotherapy.
  • Experience of working as a psychotherapist.
  • Qualification in one of the core mental health professions, or equivalent mental health experience.
