Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage incoming calls and ensure accurate call transfers.
  • Maintain precise records and ensure information is directed to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Respond promptly to calls, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with hospital staff, including GP and Consultant Liaison teams, to keep colleagues informed about new services and updates.
