The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floor Staff member to join our team at Manuka. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Involvement in all aspects of service, including setting up, serving customers, and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service.
  • Promoting sales and maximizing customer spend through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
