Executive Personal Assistant to Managing Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner in Godalming. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, including scheduling appointments and sending reminders
  2. Answer phone calls in a professional manner and deal with them personally or route calls as necessary
  3. Organise meetings, including scheduling and sending invitations
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries
  5. Read and analyse incoming memos and submissions, and distribute them as needed
  6. Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
  7. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  8. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the executive
  9. Handle personal tasks for the executive as needed

Requirements

  1. Live within easy reach of Godalming
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager/executive
  3. Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
  4. Exceptional planning and time management skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Discretion and confidentiality
