Are you an experienced IPAF Operator looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for training and development? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled IPAF Trainer to join our team at Path Recruitment.

As an IPAF Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to our clients. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver training sessions that meet the needs of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for IPAF and PASMA
• Ensure that training programs meet statutory requirements
• Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Work with our team to develop and implement new training initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IPAF Operation
• Knowledge of access, platforms, lifting equipment, or specialist areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
