Job Description:
We are working with one of London's leading 'All Through' schools to recruit exceptional graduates to join their Secondary Teaching Assistant + Paid Teacher Training programme.
The school has a proven track record of producing 'Outstanding' teachers, with over 30 graduates completing their teacher training and going on to become successful educators.
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced teachers, shadowing them and developing your skills, while being supported and pushed to excel.
Initially, you will start as a Secondary Teaching Assistant from September, with the option to enroll onto the Salaried Schools Direct programme from September 2025.
The school is looking for graduates with a passion for teaching and a desire to train in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Geography, History, and Modern Foreign Languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working across Key Stages 3-5 with a focus on raising attainment
