- Resident Care: Ensure that the medical, physical, and emotional needs of our residents are met, while championing their safety and dignity.
- Admissions and Risk Assessments: Oversee the admissions process and conduct physical and psychological risk assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Medication Administration: Administer medication to residents as required, ensuring that medication is given safely and accurately.
- Team Development: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement services that meet the needs of our residents.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care: Hold a recognized qualification in health and social care.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with staff and residents.
- Organizational Skills: Be well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- IT Literacy: Have basic IT skills and be able to use technology to support care delivery.
