GP Role in a Forward-Thinking Practice

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated GP to join our team in Workington. As a Salaried GP, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a strong focus on patient care and professional development.

Key Highlights:

  • 4-8 sessions per week
  • 15-minute face-to-face appointments
  • Circa 30 patients per day
  • Minimal admin thanks to Clinical Pharmacists and efficient admin team
  • Salaried GP role initially but open to Lead GP role in future

Benefits:

  • Salaried GP - between £9,500 - £12,500 per session depending on experience.
  • Indemnity covered for GPs
  • BMA style contract
  • 6 weeks' annual leave
  • 1 week study leave
  • NHS pension

About the Practice:

Our practice is an accredited Training Practice and regularly has a registrar on site, along with a very diverse MDT including ANPs, Paramedic, Pharmacists and Practice Nurses. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are looking for a like-minded GP to join our team.
