Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to support our client in driving the development and delivery of a major Business Plan project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of two new training academies in Leeds and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a full and detailed project plan
  • Ensure that internal and external stakeholders are consulted to ensure that all works are coordinated, controlled, and delivered in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide detailed reports and information relating to all projects
  • Lead the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring these are signed off in stage gate reviews
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects, including AHU, Chiller, VRV, VRF, Boiler, and ventilation projects
  • Management of Professional Services teams and their outputs
  • Oversee all Statutory Consents Process and Procedures, including Planning, Listed Building Consents, Building Control, etc.
