Job Title: AI Trainer

FIND are working with a multi-award winning Data & AI Training company who are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainer to teach, train & inspire groups of degree apprentices in the fields of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs that cover core concepts in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and AI ethics.
  • Teach and mentor degree apprentices through workshops, labs, and small group mentoring, fostering a hands-on learning environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
  • Regularly review and integrate the latest advancements in AI, tools, and techniques to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.
  • Evaluate learners through assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Guide learners in real-world projects, helping them apply AI models and techniques to solve business or research problems.
  • Encourage learners to develop communication, collaboration, and presentation skills necessary for working in multidisciplinary teams in AI and Data Science.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in SQL, Python &/or R, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Ability to work fully remotely, from home.
