Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at SF Recruitment (Birmingham). As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, reducing aged debt, and negotiating payment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase customers to ensure timely payment
- Manage stakeholder relationships to resolve queries and disputes
- Reduce aged debt through effective communication and negotiation
- Generate and resolve queries in a timely manner
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Take ownership of your own ledger and manage it effectively
- Perform B2B and B2C outbound activities to collect payments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Credit Control or Collections
- Tenacious work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Experience with systems and strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
