Job Title: Resource/Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource/Administrator to join our Future Infrastructure Programme (FIP) Business Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our programme by providing expertise in resourcing and capability activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with resourcing and capability activities, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date records of people-related data, including headcount, organizational structure, and supply and demand.
  • Proactively enable recruitment and onboarding for all projects, both with AWE staff/contractors and delivery partners/suppliers.
  • Drive process improvement across the work package, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of delivering on agreed outcomes.
  • Support external recruitment activities, engagement, and recognition opportunities.
  • Ensure systems and processes are in place to capture data, monitor, and evaluate progress across the work package.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a people-focused role, ideally one relating to HR or recruitment/talent-acquisition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience of people data analysis, reporting, and processes.
  • Experience of talent and performance management and/or learning and development activities.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent prioritization and workload management skills.
  • Experience within a matrix organization and/or working with delivery partners.
  • IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
