Job Summary:
HAMILTON WOODS is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This exciting opportunity will involve working on tenanted social housing properties, completing reactive repairs and delivering plastering work to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plastering work and associated making good across our housing stock
- Utilize a PDA to measure and inspect repairs, and order appropriate materials
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals
Requirements:
- UK Driving License
- Previous experience working within social housing properties is advantageous
- Basic skills within a secondary trade
