Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at Vector Recruitment Solutions. As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for driving and operating an HGV Class 2 vehicle equipped with vacuum hose and high-pressure water jetting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle for the clearance and maintenance of drains
  • Collect non-hazardous waste using the HGV Class 2 vehicle
  • Collaborate with skilled operatives to operate machinery for drain clearance and maintenance

Requirements:

  • HGV Class 2 Licence and valid CPC
  • Experience working in a highways or drainage environment (desirable)
  • Ability to undertake the physical aspects of the role

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate (£13.93 per hour depending on experience)
  • Time and a quarter for overtime and night work
