Job Summary:
Independent Appointments is seeking an experienced Property Loss Adjuster to join our team in a home-based role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a property adjusting role and a strong understanding of commercial property risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of commercial property losses, up to £100,000 in value, with the potential to handle larger losses under supervision.
- Work closely with clients to assess and settle claims in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in property loss adjusting.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a property adjusting role.
- Strong understanding of commercial property risks and loss adjusting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and CII exams.
